Charley has lived and worked in Moscow for nearly four years in International Schools. Prior to that, he was a Deputy Head Teacher of a large Independent Preparatory and Senior School in Hampshire, England. During his educational career of plus twenty years, he has worked in a range of schools; is a qualified Independent Schools Inspector and an Accreditor for the Council of International Schools. For recreation, Charley can be found on the golf fairway, spending quality time with his family or immersed in the latest John Grisham Novel. His motto in life is: ‘Paradox, Humour & Change.’ Dan Millman.

Brice initially trained as a medical doctor in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and has since completed a Master of Science in Learning and Teaching at Kellogg College, University of Oxford. His calling towards education has led him to teach in state and international schools in the United States, Brunei, Malaysia and, more recently, Kazakhstan. He has also been a Vice Principal and IBDP Coordinator in his previous schools. As an active member of the International Baccalaureate educator network, Brice is a reader, workshop leader and site visitor. In his spare time he enjoys walking, travel, Zumba and watching sport.

Having begun her career in the business area, Irina has worked as a senior administrator in international educational system for nearly 5 years. Over the course of several years, Irina was involved in various school development projects including commissioning and setting up new school buildings. Irina is a passionate runner and she’s keen to promote an active lifestyle among friends, colleagues and students.

Zarina has a successful proven track of being dedicated leader of Human Resources, within leading international companies throughout Moscow. As a passionate person, with a great zest for learning, Zarina spends time out immersed in self-study and personal improvement. Therefore, she has multiple degrees in different areas such as Psychology & Psychological Image Studies, Enterprise Management, Linguistics, Human Resources. This is balanced with a range of hobbies from yoga, travelling, reading and the tranquility of paints and easel. As Zarina says ‘at heart of my mission is to create an inspiring and stimulating environment, with the best HR practices, for international educationalists and administrative staff; for their further development in working all together for the children’s benefit’.

Having worked and lived in Moscow for nearly six years now in international education, Mark has made Moscow his home, enjoying its rich culture and fascinating history. Mark has fourteen years experience in the Primary and Early Years age range, is a dynamic, energetic educator and leader. In his spare time, Mark enjoys being with his family; his wife and three children as well as leading and organising community and charity events. Mark believes that children are our legacy and education is our greatest opportunity to give an irrevocable gift to the next generation (Ernie Fletcher).

Sandy’s educational career spans thirteen years, six of these in IB World schools in Botswana and China. She is currently an EdTech Integrator and Coordinator, prior to that she was also an IT and Math Coordinator. To unwind, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and has developed a love for travelling. Creating awareness around environmental issues and making the world a better place for our youth is close to her heart. Sandy’s passion for education can be summed up in the words of Nelson Mandela, ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which can be used to change the world.’

John qualified in PE teaching in Liverpool John Moores and returned home to Ireland to teach PE and Irish in a range of secondary schools. He was heavily involved with Gaelic Football and worked as a senior inter county coach for 2 years. After completing his masters in Education Management at Dublin City University he made the move to Moscow. He worked at ISM for 4 years becoming the Head of PE. He constantly aims to learn through his practice and follows the words of Irish author Frank McCourt; ‘If you’re teaching and you’re not learning, then you’re not teaching’.
